"Can't call they close early and dont answer"

"Hi Toni, just to confirm our hours are M-F 9:00-5:00 pm and if you get our voice mail, please leave a message we do return all calls. My phones are 24/7/365 days a year we either answer it, return calls from our voicemail or my Customer Care Center answers it afterhours and weekends. But if any issues you can contact me directly. I normally have someone here an hour before and after our phone's rollover to assist our customers.
